Refund Policy
Before Approval
Checkout authorizes your card while the listing is manually reviewed. If a submission is rejected, the authorization is canceled and the ZIP-style area is released.
After Approval
Once a listing is approved and published, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable because the permanent listing has been created. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Unavailable ZIPs
Checkout re-checks availability before authorization. If a conflict is discovered during review, the unavailable ZIP-style area will not be published or charged.
Abuse and Removals
Listings removed for fraud, malware, illegal content, adult content, impersonation, or other serious policy violations may not be eligible for refund.
